About this course

If you have heard about shadow working and releasing stuck emotions from your physical and energetical body, but you don't know if you are doing it right, or what are the ways to do it properly, this is the class for you!We are used to hide our emotions and let them lead us from inside out, but what we should be doing is releasing every negative emotion that we feel.Every trauma has some negative emotions stored into our body, not just physical but energetical too and the way to deal with that is by doing shadow work. We need to learn how to release in a safe way and stop masking our feelings. There is nothing bad in having emotions and being vulnerable, every human being has emotions even if they choose to show them or not.Vulnerability is power in your hands, because you take control of your emotions, you don’t need to hide or fear them. Once you consume every negative emotion stored in your body you are free.Don’t be afraid to be human, that’s why you are here, that’s what you choose.We are here to learn, every trauma is a lesson, you can only learn by feeling, healing and releasing.Peace & LOVE!
