Learn how to cook the basics of Greek cuisine with a twist: all recipes aim to offer delicious and healthy options! Do you want to get your kids to eat more veggies? Do you want to take better care of yourself without feeling you are punishing yourself? Are you looking to impress your friends, partner or date with your cooking skills? Are you fed up with the same dishes and looking to renew the family menu? This course will offer fun quick ways to achieve all of the above.No cooking experience needed, as all recipes are shown step by step/ We will learn to make three different kinds of bread, two salads, a fruit salad, meatballs, zucchini balls, two phyllo pastry pies, and three kinds of soups.I have aimed to share vegetarian recipes too, as Greek cuisine often offers vegetarian dishes and both adults and kids love them. If you are vegetarian, please opt for these recipes. They are clearly labeled in the course outline.All recipes have been used by my family for generations and they have been passed on to me by my mother and grandmother. I am sharing the adapted versions that I cook for my kids, as they are healthier and quicker to make. You don't have to spend ages in the kitchen to enjoy a yummy nutritious meal!
