By practicing Neophobia from different perspectives: Solo Constellation (being alone with yourself), Public Constellation (being in public but without interaction), Inner Circle (inner boost), and Fear of Rejection we step by step, starting with very easy and doable exercises will steadily, bit by bit obtain: 1. confidence 2. self-esteem 3. decrease our fears 4. we will get interesting to ourselves and our surrounding. 5. we will get into many adventures and collect many many stories from these various experiences.
