A lot of people, especially nursing students, avoid the study of statistics because they feel cannot possibly understand it. This introductory course provides a basic foundation for students interested in beginning the study of statistics.What's in the course?The course is broken into 4 sections (including an introduction and conclusion), and is part of a series of Udemy courses on statistics aimed at nurses which are similarly designed and based on the same text. In addition to the video and text lectures available in each section, I've posted a 5-question quiz at the end of each section and a 20-question quiz at the end of the course.To supplement your learning even further, each lecture includes optional resources and reading and video material to reinforce the information provided in the lectures.What's in it for the student?Taking this course will help you understand some basic definitions and terms used in the discipline of statistics.
