About this course
Quien egresa será capaz de identificar y diferenciar los conceptos de conflicto, problema y diferencia en distintos contextos, así como analizar los conflictos reconociendo sus componentes, tipos, causas y fases. Además, podrán aplicar estrategias de mediación y negociación como herramientas para la solución pacífica de los conflictos, y emplear diversas técnicas de comunicación verbal y no verbal que favorezcan el diálogo y la escucha activa. De igual manera, desarrollarán la capacidad de gestionar conflictos de manera constructiva, promoviendo acuerdos y relaciones respetuosas, lo que contribuirá a la construcción de entornos más armónicos y empáticos.
