This training has been designed to cater detailed knowledge about scrum and Agile methodology. It would be useful to freshers, experience resource or lead level resource who wanted to study some management aspect. This course is designed to give very detailed knowledge about Agile-Scrum methodology with live examples and probable issues and its resolutions while implementing Agile or Scrum.Mainly detailed training on what is Scrum and how it is implemented in IT projects. It covers all of the Scrum Ceremonies, with details around how each one is expected to be implemented as well as what are the pitfalls on few aspects, I tried covering all the real world scenarios which I observed / faced in last 10+ years while working on Agile based projects as a Scrum Master and Agile coach. While discussing the real world scenarios tried to suggest what would be best way to deal with the problems or issues which otherwise turn project up-side down, I mean which ultimately hit by project variance either by cost or resource overrun and which would be the root cause of most project failure.Happy to answer any open queries / concerns of real scenarios to help you perform at your best for your organization
