We will also cover different data models and basic XML understanding required for EC configuration.You will learn how to create and maintain MDF objects, configure business rules for workflows, event reason derivation, propagation, and alerts. You will gain step-by-step configuration of Employee Central Time Off, including structural foundation objects configuration, Accrual Rule setup, Time Account Type rules configuration (Hire, Termination, Period-End Processing, Interim, and Take Rules), Sandwich Leave configuration, and workflow (WF) setup for leave approval.In the Time Off module, you will learn how to configure time accounts, time types, accrual logic, leave requests, absence counting methods, and approval workflows based on real business scenarios.This course includes real-time project scenarios such as hiring, job changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and data migration using import/export tools.</
