About this course
Understand how to adapt writing for different academic challenges by analyzing various patterns of composition. This course explores the unique structures and uses of narrative, descriptive, compare and contrast, and persuasive writing. You will also learn to identify the correct application of technical details in professional writing, including rules for capitalization, hyphens, and abbreviations.
