Originally whisky was first distilled in Ireland and Scotland.  Whiskies from those areas are considered "Old World". The Japanese make their whisky like the Scottish, so it's included in this course. We cover all these wonderful whiskies and so much more. Why do some people spell it "Whiskey" and others spell it "Whisky"?
