About this course
This course helps emerging women leaders negotiate, advocate and manage professional pressure with greater confidence and resilience. Learners will explore gender dynamics in negotiation, relationship-based negotiation strategies, conflict prevention and sustainable self-care. The course focuses on helping learners prepare for advocacy conversations, communicate value clearly, manage resistance constructively and protect their own wellbeing while pursuing important outcomes.
