You'll begin by exploring the Siemens S7-1200 PLC, learning about its hardware components, processor functions, memory structure, and wiring techniques. With this foundation, you'll also master the conversion of electrical schematics into ladder diagrams. The course takes you through Siemens TIA Portal, where you'll learn how to set up Ethernet communication between PLCs and PCs. You’ll gain hands-on experience with bit logic operations, timers, counters, math operations, MOVE commands, and troubleshooting, all through real-world exercises. Designed for beginners and intermediate learners, this specialization requires no prior PLC programming experience, though basic electrical knowledge is helpful. As you progress, you’ll build the skills needed for a career in industrial automation and control systems.
