About this course

This 6 – week online course is for women who feel stuck in their lives and are ready for change.The course provides inspiration, support and a platform for making positive change. Participants are guided through six-weeks of brainstorming and transformative assignments. They are also invited to take part in an optional private support group on Facebook. We also offer optional one-to-one coaching with a certified life coach. The course will point you to your own answers, help you start moving in that direction and help you build a platform for managing change. It will not tell you the exact steps to take, but will help you uncover your own answers. By the end of the course, you will be more clear on what changes to make and you will be ready to make it happen.
