Again with clarity, you will be able to communicate clearly to the people and children that you work with what your expectations actually are. When everyone is responsible for their best self, there is much more room to explore and have fun.Model reverence and respect to a rock in the same way you would to a bird egg when you discover a hidden nest in the grass. Treat every fallen butterfly wing with wonder and awe as you would while sitting next to a flower patiently waiting for a butterfly to complete its pollination duty.
