Many professionals can run HR analytics. Few can translate those insights into decisions executives act on. This program closes that gap. Across eight courses, you will master the skills that transform HR analysts into strategic business partners. You will learn to tailor data stories for different audiences — from time-pressed CEOs to detail-oriented CFOs — framing HR metrics in business language that connects to growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. You will develop consultancy skills that turn data requests into strategic conversations, build persuasive narratives using the problem-evidence-solution framework, and navigate matrix structures to identify reporting conflicts that affect headcount and budget decisions. You will also practice empathic feedback delivery using the SBI model and leverage AI tools including ChatGPT to enhance communication while maintaining accuracy. Through realistic role plays and practical templates, you will rehearse high-stakes scenarios from hallway conversations to steering committee presentations. By the end, you will confidently translate data into narratives that drive decisions and align analytics with organizational strategy.
