About this course

You are probably looking at this course because you are frustrated by a few things in your business. Do you frequently find deadlines being missed? We will start with a strong foundational current reality check and then use the balanced scorecard as a structure to plan in.This course is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized business owner-operators who have survived the start-up phase (in between their second and fifth years of operation) and seek to prepare their enterprise for scaling. Other learners who have a general interest in how to do strategic planning will also benefit from this course.Students will have to watch 1 hour and 13 minutes of A-synchronous recorded lectures and complete the reading and exercises.At the end of the course, the student will have a toolkit to create a complete strategic plan for their own business.
