The issue of knowing your body well is key in examining what is happening to the body, sometimes there are some signs that show that our body is not working well but mostly we all take it for granted. Signs such as excessive chest pain,swollen ankles, extreme fatigue and irregular heart beat, all this issue need to be taken care of and see your general medical practitioner quickly.
