First-Year Latin (The Old Fashioned Way)
About this course
The class covers the entire territory of elementary Latin that typically comprises a full semester of college-level Latin or one year of high school Latin. We complete the first fifteen chapters of a masterly 19th century text, which is freely downloadable from the Udemy site. I'll be with you every step of the way until the final syllable of chapter 15 via my recorded lectures. I'll also conduct regular real-time "Office Hours" one night a week for Q & A and send you a key to the exercises upon request. If you prefer the discipline of a live-class that meets regularly online, contact me directly via this site, and you can join one of my classes.
