About this course

This specialization provides a structured pathway through the principles, techniques, and strategic applications of corporate valuation. Learners begin by developing a foundation in value creation, shareholder value, risk assessment, and cost of capital. The first course introduces the core financial concepts behind valuation, including return on invested capital, growth, stock market performance, and the valuation of ESG and digital initiatives. The second course expands into practical valuation methodologies and performance analysis. Learners explore valuation frameworks, reorganized financial statements, forecasting techniques, continuing value estimation, and cost of capital calculations. The final course focuses on applying valuation in strategic corporate finance decisions.
