Later we discuss how to write and submit a Claim and the basic elements on which a Claim is based. We will cover the  Cause, Effect, Entitlement, Substantiation , and how to write each element.We also discuss how to prove a Claim and support it with documents and evidence, with an explanation example of the delay and cost analysis.
