Hi there, my name is Gianni and I have been fixing computers for friends and family since I was 15. It was only natural that after years of working random jobs I decided to go back to what I love, IT, and so I got my compTIA A+ certification (this right here, yes, and you will learn how to do that too as I will be teaching you everything I know about IT).After I got the certification I started working as technical support in IT and it is great. I am still studying myself when I have time but I thought I could find the time to create a course to help people that want to start a career in IT too :)This internationally recognized core A+ course includes both the 220-1001 and the 220-1002 parts (it is a two-parts certification with two exams), our goal is to learn in a way so that you have a complete overview of what you need to know.
