About this course

An organisation will supply products and/or services to its customers. It's the procurement's function to source these from your suppliers. Every procurement professional should aim to do this cost efficiently; however, there are other considerations, such as time, available resources, places of supply and delivery, ethical suppliers, and quality of suppliers (to name a few). A significant element of the procurement and supply function is based on the contracting process. This course is designed for those involved in procurement and supply operations who must demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of the associated components and systems to ensure success in the contracting process.
