The module covers the evaluation of suppliers using financial, commercial, and non-financial criteria, helping you understand how sourcing decisions can impact organisational performance and long-term value.The course also develops your ability to analyse market data, assess quotations and tenders, and apply structured evaluation methods to support supplier selection and contract award decisions.
