You'll build a professional portfolio by selecting your strongest program artifacts — coaching roadmaps, analytics dashboards, culture transformation strategies, feedback systems, and mentor matching matrices — and framing each one around the business problem it solved and the impact it produced. You'll learn to quantify outcomes, lead with business value, and present your work in a way that resonates with hiring managers and senior leaders. The course prepares you for the conversations that matter most: networking events, behavioral interviews, and internal advancement discussions. You'll practice the STAR method across four realistic scenarios — including how to handle "How do you use AI in your HR work?" with confidence and nuance. The course concludes with a 90-day career action plan that turns your goals into specific, time-bound steps.
