Supply Chain Management B.S.

The B.S. in Supply Chain Management equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue careers in the supply chain industry. Supply chain management is a business function that ensures the efficient and effective management of the flow of goods, services and finances among firms around the world to transform raw materials into finished products along with management reverse flows (e.g., defective or damaged products, product returns, end-of-life disposal) in a sustainable manner. Graduates from this program enter the workforce in supply chain positions across multiple types of companies including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and retailing. Students gain field-based experience through a required internship and a project in the capstone course.

USF requires freshman applicants to submit official results of at least one college entrance exam (SAT or ACT). USF does not currently require or consider the optional Essay section of the SAT or the ACT for the admission or scholarship review processes. Likewise, SAT Subject Tests are not considered for admission or placement. USF's code for SAT is 5828 and for ACT is 0761.

In Fall 2019, mid-range SAT and ACT scores for admitted freshman were:

ACT: 28-30

Undergraduate students in any degree program are able to participate in undergraduate research. Several options exist to show mentored undergraduate research activity on a student’s official transcript. Those who wish to enroll in an undergraduate research course should consult with their academic advisor to understand how the credit will apply towards the degree requirements.
