B.A Human Resource Management

An organization is only as strong as the people who work for it. UND's Human Resources Management degree will prepare you to recruit, select, compensate, and train employees. You'll learn how HR fits into the big picture of running a business. Decision-making and planning are essential to ensuring your staff shines and works seamlessly within the business. 

The minimum requirements for admission in B.A Human Resource Management at University of North Dakota for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University of North Dakota.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University of North Dakota as pre-requiste for admission in B.A Human Resource Management.
