Master’s Programme Political Analysis and Public Policy

The Master’s programme in Political Analysis and Public Policy is a practice-oriented programme that focuses on educating professional analysts capable of addressing complex public policy issues of the modern world. It takes an actor-centred approach to policymaking and implementation, recognizing that contemporary public policy is driven by an ongoing search for answers to society's most burning questions.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master’s Programme Political Analysis and Public Policy at Higher School Of Economics for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

The flexibility of the study plan is ensured by a wide variety of elective courses for both of the concentrations. The classes are scheduled mostly from 6 PM (3 PM for the 1st year of studies) till 9 PM, which makes it possible for the students to combine studies with part-time or full-time professional employment. The studies include professional internship during the 2nd year of studies, which plays an important role in the Master Thesis research and further professional career.
