Bachelor’s Programme Cyber Security

This programme trains researchers, analysts and developers in information security. It focuses on the development and application of mathematical models and methods of data protection in a range of information systems and specialized software. In addition to being trained in the foundations of physics and mathematics, students also learn about modern information technologies. Particular attention is paid to specialized areas such as cryptology, soft and hardware for data protection and methods of analysis of algorithm application. Graduates can be employed in IT departments working on security of information systems and data relating to government and financial institutions, as well as in IT companies.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor’s Programme Cyber Security at Higher School Of Economics for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Higher School Of Economics.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Higher School Of Economics as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor’s Programme Cyber Security.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

• Places in HSE University dormitories are distributed to international students through their Personal Accounts.
• Access to the ‘Dormitory’ section in your Personal Account will be made available after filling in the ‘Consent for Studies’ section and completing recognition procedure (but no earlier than August 17, 2020).
• Upon your arrival for studies, a place in one of the HSE University dormitories will be reserved for you.
• You must download an accommodation referral for dormitory residence from your Personal Account, print it out and bring it to the dormitory.
