Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) is a graduate degree program particularly designed for those who join IAS after 14 years of education (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. IT). This program aims at developing quality human resource management professionals for private, public and non-profit organizations. The alumni of this program hold senior and mid-level HR positions in multinational and national organizations. This program is being offered in three shifts (morning, self-supporting and evening). Students who wish to enrol in the evening program must be in-service/experienced or self-employed.

MHRM is a two-year program. The maximum duration for completion of the degree is 4 years. However, the students exceeding 2 years will not be entitled to any facility normally available to regular students such as hostel accommodation, health care and transportation. Students of self-supporting programs are not entitled to hostel accommodation. |
The MHRM degree is awarded on completion of coursework (60 credit hours), Internship-based research project (4 credit hours) and professional development workshop (2 credit hours). Since students enrolled in executive/evening programs are already employed, they are not required to do internship. MHRM students in evening shift will be offered two additional courses in lieu of internship and professional development workshops. The coursework consists of foundation and core courses. |
