M.Sc. Civil Engineering

The Faculty of Engineering offers the M.Sc. Civil Engineering to train students to become experts who understand the civil engineering, from generating initial ideas to design and analyze, onward to implement the idea including maintenance. Main aim of this programme is to improve the technical and research expertise of young engineers by widening their horizon of engineering knowledge and to get them ready to face the new tasks of modern era.

16 years of schooling or 4 years education (130 credit hours) from a PEC recognized institution after HSSC/F.Sc./A-Levels/Grade 12 equivalent. For admission, a minimum CGPA 2.00 (out of 4.00 in the semester system) or 2nd division (in the annual system) in bachelor/master/equivalent degree is required.

The objectives of M.Sc. Civil Engineering Programme to enable the students to successfully use advanced engineering knowledge. Moreover, we enable them to carry out state-of-the-art research for solving problems faced by the industry and academia. We aim to instill, professional ethics and responsibilities of educated and learned members of society in our students.
