Introduction

The development of specific knowledge and skills in the fields of international corporate management and sustainability forms the focus of the Master of International Business and Sustainability (MIBAS). The MIBAS program brings together students from different cultural backgrounds and provides them with a platform for jointly developing an understanding of the complex interactions within the global economy. The program’s taught component familiarizes students with the many theoretical and practical challenges companies and society face in the pursuit of sustainable business strategies.

Students are introduced to the ethical, ecological, social, and political implications of corporate value creation processes with the aim of fostering a strong sense of responsibility among students aspiring to be future leaders.
